Food Truck Talk – Searching for the best food trucks!

Cleveland has another new food truck.  It has only been a couple of days since one new truck launched in Cleveland, now there is another.  Welcome to JiBARO serving an international flavored menu with a focus on Caibbean food.

The JiBARO menu features Bison burgers, gourmet chicken burgers, crabby patties, chicken teriyaki (burger, bowl or wrap), tuna wrap with the secret JiBARO dressing.

JiBARO also features a variety of Pupusas.  A Pupusa is a traditional Salvadorian dish made of thick corn tortillas that is then filled with a variety of fillings including cheese, ground pork grond to a paste consistency , squash, refried beans and more.

JiBARO also serves breakfast and every now and then offers an over sized Turkey leg entree.

Seems like JiBARO will be heating up the food truck scene in Cleveland this winter, and beyond.
