The TK Truck is carving out it’s niche with a combination of flavors from Armenia, Lebanon with a little bit of latin thrown in.
The foundation of the TK Truck menui is the “Tikkeh Kabob” — steak, chicken, or tofu (vegan) marinated in secret spices, topped with hummus, sumac, onions, parsley, bell peppers and a Mediterranean salsa and then bundled in a fresh tortilla! The Tikkeh Kabobs can be ordered as a burrito or taco. The burrito’s are great as the TK Truck uses a hot press so you end up with a great combination of soft, warm and crispy sensations!
Quickly becoming the most ordered item is the Mother’s Love Quesadilla — made with homemade cheese, dried mint, and homemade pepper, served with cucumbers on the side. Certainly a new and unique flavor combination that is sure to please.
Nareg Artinian and Harout Nazerian are creating food true to their family heritage with fresh, tasty and unique flavors. All of their meats are cooked on an open flame grill (in contrast to the flat griddle most food trucks use) with ingredients that are never frozen or fried!
